My sister stole my wall charger for my iPod. I have stolen 50 times as much from her as she has from me so I can’t get mad. Actually, now that I think about it, I think I stole it from her originally. Anyway, I went to the Apple Store to get a new one and guess how much they are– $30 for the thing that plugs into the wall and $20 for the cord! $50 for a little charger!
So I just got myself home and hopped on e-bay and bought one from a factory in China and it cost me a buck! That’s right: ONE DOLLAR! And then shipping, all the way from Hong Kong, was only $2.99! Now, that’s what I call BUSINESS! Moral of the story: if you lose your chargers get them from a factory in Hong Kong. Don’t support corrupt American corporate inflation. My mom would say, “Don’t support them dang commies!” (She is from the backwoods of Kentucky– they have strange ideas out there. You must forgive her.) Let your concience be your guide.

I don’t like to throw the word “commies” out there in such a flippant negative manner. I read a paper the other day called Mormon Communism, and it was rather accurate.
Ha, ha! That’s what I hate most about mac; you can buy something, but to get it up to par, you have to pay out the nose for accessories and upgrades - and for what?! Just so that you can have a moderately functional, yet “flashy”, hip and trendy gadget that you could get way cheaper with added functionality if you were to buy non-mac! $50 for a charger is ridiculous! Way to go skirting the system!
